We are in active talks with over ten governments, and dozens of leads have been explored or pitched to us over the last few years. We select the best, create a win-win situation for governments and Tipolis, and establish protection mechanisms against future political risks.

Investment Opportunity and Profit Potential

Each International City by Tipolis will have its own operating company, with Tipolis being the majority shareholder. Tipolis itself will serve as an “active holding”, negotiating autonomy with the government, building initial infrastructure, and providing operational expertise. Tipolis is currently raising USD 100 million in equity at the holding level to finance these initial stages of its first city projects. Further investment opportunities will then be available on the project level, but not again on the Tipolis holding level.

Tipolis’ cities will generate revenue in two main ways — through operating fees and land appreciation. Fees (collected in cities instead of taxes) will be sourced from residents, companies, and administrative services, constituting a significant but minority revenue source. The primary revenue potential is present in land appreciation, where the following growth can be achieved:
