Processing manager – Remote
Description:
- Manage clients’ cases from creation to approval
- Create strategy on clients’ cases
- Prepare and outline paperwork checklist for the client
- Communicate with client along the paperwork process
- Answer clients’ questions regarding the paperwork involved
- Constantly work on increasing the efficiency of the processing department
- Participate in company’s marketing campaigns
- Report on clients’ progress to the executive team
- Lead changes within company’s operations in order to maximize efficiency
