We are a young and dynamic team of more than thirty people who have been intermediating hundreds of millions of dollars of investments since 2017. We are the only Turkish company accredited by Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua Barbuda and Investment Migration Council.

In our office located in Küçük Çamlıca, Üsküdar, Istanbul; We are looking for a Private Client Sales Team Leader who will advise, guide and coordinate our Turkish and international immigrant investors in their international investment journeys.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Proactively reaching potential investors; To increase awareness of InvestGC’s products, services and brand.
To provide expert advice on Investment Residence, Citizenship and Immigration Programs, International Company Establishment and Management Procedures, and International Real Estate Investments in order for our investors to successfully achieve their goals.
To carry out the necessary KYC and due diligence checks to understand that our potential investors are sustainable and in line with the standards of the InvestGC brand.
To create a world-class customer experience together with other Private Client Experts.
To ensure that the leads provided to it are converted into InvestGC customers at high rates.
To achieve or exceed the work and sales targets set for oneself.
Residence, Citizenship and Immigration by Investment; International Company Establishment and Management; To have high industrial and programmatic knowledge in the fields of International Real Estate Investments.
To provide detailed and effective information about potential investors through the Hubspot system.
Creating motivation, dynamism and success stories through effective team leadership.
To represent the InvestGC brand and organization as a positive, good example in business life and at conferences.

Our expectations

From related fields such as Business, Economics, Marketing, Law, Finance, International Relations; To have graduated with a resume that shows high discipline and activity.
Being 27 years of age or younger.
Knowing the Hubspot application.
Experience and knowledge in the fields of Citizenship by Investment, Residence and Immigration; It is highly preferred.
Very good knowledge of English and Turkish is required. Proficiency in two languages will also be measured during the interview.
Ability to build positive relationships and create impact.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, diplomatic understanding.
Strong research and strategic analysis abilities.
Most importantly, we want the person to have natural and strong abilities in self-expression and communication.

Location of the Workplace Ataman Sk, Küçük Çamlıca, Üsküdar, Istanbul.
Working Hours Monday-Friday 9-6
