Role

The Private Client Advisor role contributes as an ambassador for EC Holding’s Group, by establishing new direct client and B2B relationships and by strengthening and leveraging existing ones.

The Private Client Advisor is responsible for increasing applications numbers submitted by EC Holdings Group, by understanding the requirements of all key stakeholders and identifying the most desirable solutions for prospective Clients inquiring about Investment Migration solutions/programs.

Key Responsibilities

·      Fully proficient in the firm’s portfolio of Residence & Citizenship by Investment programs

·      Research, prepare & execute in person/virtual meetings with introducers, intermediaries and new leads

·      Qualify & engage new leads and strive to maximize conversion rates

·      Own the sales cycle from start to end

·      Organize & conduct online webinars in collaboration with the firm’s marketing team

·      Provide client & prospects with specialist advice about all the firm’s offered solutions & programs

·      Qualify new leads and run initial DD checks to assess suitability and mitigate compliance risks

·      Provide best-in-class client service throughout the entire sales & application processing journey

·      Aim to exceed sales targets assigned by the firm’s top management

·      Continuously stay informed about the Investment Migration industry updates and developments

·      Keep detailed notes on prospect & client interactions with diligent use of CRM system

·      Be willing to travel and represent the firm at industry events/conferences locally & internationally

Qualifications

·      Prior Sales and/or Consulting experience

·      Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or other related disciplines

·      Strong written and oral communication skills in both English & Arabic languages

·      Excellent networking and relationship-building ability

·      Strong negotiation & persuasion skills coupled with tactful & professional approach at all times

·      Multi-tasker & problem solver with confidence and a positive attitude and strict attention to detail

·      Exceptional at staying organized and being able to prioritize

·      Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (word, power point, excel)

·      Ability to thrive in a task & goal-driven sales environment

Desirable/advantageous skills & experiences

·      A master or an advanced degree in business, economics, or law

·      Prior work experience in the Investment Migration industry or in private banking, wealth management,

·      Strong local & international networks with potential for new business development opportunities

·      Knowledge of extra languages besides English & Arabic, like Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Russian, etc

·      Prior experience in utilizing CRM software
