We support immigration professionals and support their clients by providing support, technical writing, knowledge, and expert advice to succeed. Our team works closely with Angel groups, incubators and Venture capital groups to ensure a smooth process for our clients. We work with business expansions, new businesses – both internationally and locally.

Role Description

We are growing and adding more case managers. This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON. As a Client Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing client cases throughout the application process. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients, training, gathering necessary documents, liaising with immigration professionals, and providing timely updates to clients. You will ensure that each case is handled efficiently and with the utmost attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in immigration or legal case management is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Exceptional at multi calendar scheduling using Outlook
  • Strong technology proficiency, enjoy learning new skills, software and a quick learner.
  • Systematic, focused on the specific tasks at hand and strong follow-up skills
  • Engage with others in a polished, inspiring and meaningful way
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
  • Recent RCIC graduate or Paralegal studies are a plus
  • Excellent customer service, research and data analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in correspondence, proposal preparations and developing presentation materials
  • Set up virtual conference platforms for virtual meetings and events (Zoom/GoToMeeting), assist participants before and after calls with any technical issues
  • Format, proofread, edit, client submitted data
  • Participate and engage in online meetings
  • Provide CRM reports
  • Purchasing from vendors
  • Liaison with lawyers, accountants and industry professionals

You have a minimum of 2 yrs of administrative and assistant experience, preferably in either financial, insurance, recruitment, legal or immigration fields. You are a results-oriented, creative problem-solver with a positive mindset. Your approach is confident and also tactful and sensitive. You’re passionate about helping others and provide exceptional customer service. You treat team members with respect and can take direction easily from supervisor.
