Sales Consultant – Hybrid
Latitude is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant based in Cape Town or Johannesburg to join our multinational team.
We are seeking a sales professional with expertise in the Residency and Citizenship by Investment industry.
Responsibilities:
· Handle inquiries from prospects requiring information on Latitude’s solutions offered.
· Advise and qualify individuals (“Clients”) and their family members to apply under the Programmes and services provided by the Company.
· Business Development in South Africa and other Territories to generate sales opportunities.
· Develop a database of contacts and business introducers in South Africa.
· Acquisition of clients and intermediaries from anywhere in the world.
· Discuss residency and/or citizenship application procedures and requirements with prospective clients.
· Tap into the existing network and contacts of family, friends, and previous relations.
· Develop new business leads via various lead-generation channels.
· Develop and manage client relationships at the highest service standard.
· Work in collaboration with Latitude’s Team and Partners to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
· Introduce Latitude’s various country projects to prospective clients.
· Introduce retained clients to the respective processing offices to compile applications, whilst remaining the main point of contact for clients.
· Other duties and responsibilities may be added depending on business growth and opportunities.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Residency & Citizenship, Investment Migration, EB5 industry.
· Customer service, negotiations, and networking skills.
· Fluent English speaker (fluency in Afrikaans and other languages is not essential, but beneficial).
