Jerry possesses both USA and Bahamian passports as well as had a Mexican FM-3 and IRS U.S. Residency Certification for U.S. corporations doing business in abroad in jurisdictions with tax treaties providing for seamless business dealings within these markets.

He is a member of the Nassau East Rotary, S.K.A.L. and Nassau Yacht Club in the Bahamas as well as holding a Florida Real Estate Brokers License as well as being licensed with the Bahamas Real Estate Association.
