IMI Compliance Watch

IMI Compliance Watch brings unethical, inappropriate, or illegal conduct among investment migration companies to the public eye to discourage transgression.

How it works

Upload evidence
If you come across instances of inappropriate conduct from industry firms, you may upload evidence (such as client offers of CBI real estate below the mandate minium here.)

Provide context
Add comments and explanations to your post to let readers understand what you are sharing. This could include explanations of where or how you came across the evidence, why it matters, which firms are involved, and so on.

Register an account (for free)
You’ll need an account with IMI to post. Registering an account is free and open to anyone. If you don’t have one already, you can register below:

Rules

You must provide evidence for your claim
Typically, this will take the form of screenshots.

You must not share private or confidential personal details
The purpose of IMI Compliance Watch is to encourage ethical conduct among industry participants; not to harangue or dox individuals. Keep it professional and courteus.

You must personally bear responsibility for the content you upload
This means you identify yourself as the uploader of the evidence, and take personal responsibility for the material. By uploading content on this forum, you agree to indemnify IMI; IMI is not responsible for the content you upload. For this reason, we don’t allow anonymous submissions.
