Where Should I Stay? When Should I Come to and Leave Barcelona?
Day 1 (Tuesday, June 2, 2026) begins around 5pm. Therefore, plan to arrive in Barcelona before 2pm at the latest.
Day 3 (Thursday, June 4, 2026) ends around 4pm. So IMI recommends you plan for departure from the airport at 6pm at the earliest.
Guests will stay in the southern neighborhoods of Barcelona called Montjuic, Eixample, and El Raval near the beach. Hotel Miramar, Hotel El Palace, Hotel Casa Teva, Hotel España, and Hotel 1898 are popular choices.

IMI Connect Barcelona will span three days:

- Day 2 (9am ~ 10pm): The main event – private discussions, open debate, and an intimate dinner followed by a memorable trivia contest
- Day 3 (9am ~ 4pm): Brunch followed by a group excursion to local landmarks
