IMI Connect took place under the auspices of Global Citizen Week to provide an unbeatable combination of two conferences across four days in the same week in Vietnam.
Where did we go?
To Saigon, the Vietnamese metropolis, for four days of open debate, personal connection, and business development.
What did we do?
Having frank discussions about the things that matter to IM professionals, connecting, cruising, and having fun. See pictures and highlights.
Who came?
IMI readers, writers, and partners. See who was there.
On the first night, IMI Connect and Asia Outbound are hosting a joint cocktail and canapés event on the rooftop of the MGallery hotel in downtown Saigon.
Asia Outbound hosts its Asia Outbound Summit at the Intercontinental Hotel, providing the business development opportunity of the year in Vietnam.
AOS will bring together local Vietnamese agents and intermediaries, and connecting them with overseas solution providers from jurisdictions across the world.
Staying true to Asia Outbound’s brand promise, 75% of the attendees will be from the local market, giving you an unrivaled opportunity to find local partners looking for solution providers like you.
Following up on our uniquely successful, guest-centric format, IMI Connect’s main day will take place aboard the Saigon Princess.
We’ll remain at dock for the first part of the day for the no-holds-barred discussions our community has already come to know and love.
As the sun sets, we’ll head to the upper deck to embark on our dinner cruise on the wave-free Saigon River, with the city’s gleaming skyline as our backdrop.
And, of course, we’ll determine this year’s Investment Migration Trivia champions!
Asia Outbound and IMI will co-host a relaxed al-fresco lunch at CLAY Saigon.
This award-winning Mediterranean restaurant is a calming nature hideout within the bustling megacity.
Join us here for a final get-together with friends and colleagues from Global Citizen Week before we bid each other farewell until next time.
Four days of activities across two separate events – IMI Connect, Asia Outbound Summit, and two joint events – as well top-shelf Vietnamese and international cuisine and an open bar from lunch onward.
IMI Connect takes place in a relaxed and informal atmosphere and, since we are in the tropics this time, we recommend light clothing of the smart casual variety.
Most of us will be staying at the Intercontinental, where we have obtained preferential rates for our guests.
Use this link to book with our group discount no later than October 29th.
IMI Connect is a for-the-industry, by-the-industry event. You’ll meet IMI contributors, partners, and readers like yourself.
They come to talk frankly and off-the-cuff about the challenges and opportunities facing RCBI professionals, not to make dull and repetitive presentations about particular projects. Speakers and panelists will be selected based on their relevant expertise, not based on sponsorship alone.
