Pedro Oliveira serves as Board Member at IMI Official Partner company Optimize Investment Partners in Lisbon, an independent asset manager offering an open-ended, diversified, golden visa-eligible fund called Portugal Golden Opportunities.

With nearly a decade of leadership in compliance, governance, and operational oversight (including over eight years as Head of Compliance), he ensures regulatory alignment with CMVM standards, risk control, and investor protection for fund-based residency strategies.​

Prior to his board role, Pedro worked several years at EY as a financial services consultant, handling audits, regulatory reviews, and strategic advisory for banking and investment firms, complemented by his academic foundation from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He helps high-net-worth clients navigate Portugal’s golden visa framework through diversified, compliant fund investments, overseeing processes from due diligence and fund selection to application execution and long-term portfolio governance.
