Ukraine’s Permanent Residence by Investment program provides foreign nationals with a direct pathway to permanent residency through a qualifying investment of at least US$100,000 in the Ukrainian economy.
The investment is typically structured through registered charter capital in a Ukrainian company, with complete verification and registration required through authorized banks and government authorities.
