Thailand Privilege Residency

Thailand’s Privilege Residence Program gives those who wish to spend extended periods in the country renewable visas with validities ranging from five to 20 years.

The program provides no path to permanent residency, nor to citizenship. Prices range from about US$26,000 (one-time fee) to US$140,000.

It is also possible to qualify by purchasing real estate worth at least US$300,000 in Thailand.

How to Qualify

To qualify for the Thai Privilege Residence Program, applicants must select one of the below qualifying options:

Bronze Membership (Limited-time offer until December 31, 2025)

  • Price: THB 650,000
  • Validity: 5 years

Gold Membership

  • Price: THB 900,000
  • Validity: 5 years

Platinum Membership

  • Price: THB 1.5m
  • Validity: 10 years

Diamond Membership

  • Price: THB 2.5m
  • Validity: 15 years

Reserve Membership

  • Price: THB 5 Million
  • Validity: 20 years
  • Invitation only
