The Residences at Secret Bay, Dominica’s crown jewel development and only six-star, award-winning, all-villa resort, has released the Nature Island’s most expensive multi-villa compound with the option for Citizenship by Investment (CBI). As published earlier this month in the Wall Street Journal, the nearly two-acre compound will comprise six bedrooms and roughly 9,000 square feet spread across five separate villas, each with its own kitchen and pool. Priced at $10.3 million, the compound is expected to be completed in 2023. In 2021, Secret Bay set the current sales record in Dominica with the sale of a $7.1 million villa estate sold to a non-CBI investor.

“In addition to Citizenship investors, we’re thrilled to see continued interest from non-CBI investors in Secret Bay, which validates the value of our project with the added possibility of obtaining second citizenship,” said Gregor Nassief, proprietor of Secret Bay and The Residences at Secret Bay, and CEO of GEMS Holdings Limited. “And, we’re delighted to have paid out over 200 ROI payments to CBI investors to date.”

The launch of the new multi-villa compound comes on the heels of The Residences launching its Phase 3 sales, which includes three under construction extended floor plan Ti-Fèy Villas, and selling out of Phase 2.

Nassief adds: “We continue to see strong demand from investors seeking second citizenship, global mobility and a luxury ‘Plan B’ option with a proven track record.”

Secret Bay recently unveiled three new amenities inspired by biophilic design – Mouben Welcome House, Gwiyavye’ Lap Pool & Bar and Zing Zing Lounge. The architecturally stunning amenities are the first undertakings being introduced as part of the 10-year-old, award-winning resorts’ multi-year, master plan. This evolution – spread over 40+ acres of coastal land – allows for an array of new amenities, more private villas and the introduction of a for-sale residence program — all while lowering the resort’s overall density and granting guests the utmost in the luxury of time and space. In addition to these three new amenities, the masterplan of intimate amenities also includes a funicular, an art barn and a microbrewery, all slated for completion in early 2023.
