The Residences at Secret Bay, Dominica’s crown jewel development and only six-star, all-villa resort, recently unveiled its first Ti-Fèy+ Villas, available for stays beginning November 1, 2024.

Architects designed the three-story, two-and-a-half-bedroom villas with families, multi-generational travel, and groups in mind. The addition of these villas increases the resort’s inventory to 22. The addition of these villas increases the resort’s inventory to 22.

The villas are available for fractional ownership, starting at $216,000, and offer the opportunity to secure today’s most coveted amenity—a second passport.

Situated in Secret Bay’s Hillside enclave, the ultra-luxe and private Ti-Fèy+ Villas are fashionable treehouses boasting up to 2,799 square feet, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and a three-story design with a private plunge pool, outdoor rain shower cantilevered off the top floor, state-of-the-art open-plan chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and every modern amenity imaginable that creates an idyllic under-the-radar hideaway.

The villas are accessible by a newly launched funicular, connecting guests and owners from the Mouben Welcome House to Clifftop and Hillside enclaves.

“The original Ti-Fèy is one of our most popular villas, and now the new Ti-Fèy+, with the added square footage, including an additional bedroom with 2 Full beds and en-suite bathroom, will give those seeking a Caribbean vacation home more options beyond our one-bedroom villas and multi-villa estates,” said Gregor Nassief, proprietor of Secret Bay and The Residences at Secret Bay, and Chairman and CEO of GEMS Holdings Limited.

The Resort & Residences master plan currently includes five enclaves: Peninsula, Hillside, Clifftop, Summit – the newest – and the forthcoming Waterfront. This evolution – spread over 40+ acres of coastal land – allows for an array of new amenities, more private villas, and the for-sale residence program, all while lowering the resort’s overall density and granting guests the bliss of barefoot luxury.

In June 2024, the Resort & Residences will launch its newest amenity, the Bwa Denn, an immersive cultural experience featuring food, art, retail & kombucha brewery.

The modern minimalist two-level structure features a contemporary Caribbean and Latin American art collection of over 100+ distinct pieces. It also features a casual gourmet restaurant on the ground floor, a full-service bar, hip microbrewery, conference space, mini theater, and cutting-edge wine cellar.

The rooftop lounge and fine dining space with extensive ocean vistas will be home to the resort’s signature “no menu” concept, while the kombucha brewery will specialize in fermented local teas infused with fresh fruits.

Among the other new amenities are a funicular, connecting owners and guests from the Mouben Welcome House to Clifftop and Hillside enclaves, Gwiyavye’ Heights, a series of floating decks for taking in the views and relaxing, and an organic garden, nature walk and Chef’s table situated next to the Cario River.

The Residences at Secret Bay further provides whole and fractional owners access to today’s most coveted amenity — second citizenship. Demand for second citizenship is being accelerated globally by individuals and families seeking a safe “Plan B.”

Approved by the Government of Dominica to offer qualifying investments for economic citizenship, The Residences at Secret Bay provides owners with the option to obtain a second passport and the opportunity to invest in future mobility and security.
