Paul works closely with various levels of the US Government, Portuguese Government, and those countries’ respective R&D institutions to fast track immigration and startup of talented and motivated business people.

Paul is a serial entrepreneur with a personal vision for sustainability worldwide that features a business environment where companies and entrepreneurs make significantly more money from protecting, improving, and promoting the natural environment than from extracting, developing, and industrializing it.
