Work in CBI From Anywhere: ClientReferrals Is Hiring a Remote Application Processing Officer

This is a full-time, fully remote role, with training provided. Hiring process begins immediately.

ClientReferrals, an accredited agent for the Antigua & Barbuda and St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship by investment (CBI) programs with more than 25 years in the market, is hiring a Citizenship Application Processing Officer.

The position is full-time, fully remote, and open to candidates worldwide.

The firm does not market directly to investors. Its work runs entirely through immigration professionals and residence and citizenship by investment (RCBI) firms worldwide, a model that has made it the leading project company and service provider in both Caribbean programs.

The new officer will sit in the middle of that pipeline, between the agents who submit applications and our local offices that see them through.

What the Job Involves

Day-to-day work includes quality control on live files: reviewing citizenship applications for accuracy and completeness, working with the firm’s international B2B agents to keep service standards high, and coordinating with local offices to keep processing moving.

Other admin tasks and special projects will be assigned as they arise.

Applications are where a CBI firm’s reputation is won or lost, so the firm is explicit about the temperament it wants. Detail-oriented and responsiveness are the operative terms.

Remote, But on the Clock

Where the officer works from does not matter to the firm; when they work does.

The reality of our industry is that this role requires constant availability. Our partners work long hours and are spread across various time zones so we must be available every working day at varying hours to ensure we provide the level of service that is expected of us.

In practice, that often means early mornings for candidates in the Americas, and evenings for those everywhere else.

Who Should Apply

Attention to detail is essential, along with efficiency and clear communication. Beyond that, the firm wants candidates who are self-motivated, independent, responsible, and solution-oriented, with business-level written and spoken English.

Previous industry experience is ideal but not a condition, and full training will be provided.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and skill level.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should send a resume to Patrick Peters, ClientReferrals’ CEO, at ppeters@clientreferrals.com.

Please note that interviews will start imminently so anyone interested is asked to quickly contact us.

Before sending that resume, get to know the firm yourself: its services, projects, and people, at clientreferrals.com.

How a Tax Treaty Decides Which Country Taxes You

A tax treaty settles dual residence by applying its tests one at a time, starting with where you have a home available. Each treaty sets its own order, and some differ from the OECD Model. If the treaty picks the other country, Canada treats you as having left, and the UK and Australia do not.
