Launch: CBI Real Estate Watch Forum – Keeping an Eye on CBI and Golden Visa Property Developments
Investment Migration Insider today formally launches CBI Real Estate Watch, a platform where developers of CBI and Residence by Investment property, as well as the general public, can post updates on the progress (or lack thereof) of CBI-qualifying construction projects and completed developments.
The forum helps immigration agents and investors obtain the most up-to-date information on projects in Dominica, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada, Cyprus, and anywhere else that offers real estate as a CIP investment option, to determine whether projects are well underway, still in the planning stages, delayed, or completed.
We also welcome updates on Golden Visa/Residence by Investment related developments for the US EB-5 program, the Greek Investor Visa Program, the Malta Residence Visa Program, the Portugal and Spain Golden Visa Programs and anywhere else that includes real estate as an investment option to qualify for residency.
