IMI has relaunched IMI Real Estate, a revamped global directory connecting qualified properties to residency and citizenship by investment (RCBI) programs worldwide.
The original platform launched in 2018. This new version expands coverage across 45 jurisdictions on six continents and introduces enhanced search functionality for investors seeking program-eligible real estate.
Properties on IMI Real Estate share one distinguishing characteristic: their purchasers gain immigration benefits alongside real estate assets.
Listings include Greek villas eligible for the Golden Visa and Caribbean developments that qualify applicants for citizenship programs. Investors can filter properties by:
- Country
- Qualifying status
- Property type
- Price
- Size
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms

Each listing shows the program that the property qualifies its purchaser for, and users can click through to the linked program to learn more about it.
Growing the Directory
The platform currently features 40 properties, with many more additions planned for the coming weeks. IMI encourages developers and brokers to submit their program-eligible listings.
At the moment, listing properties costs nothing. Three core requirements govern submissions:
- Legal qualification under an investment migration program,
- Comprehensive property descriptions and details, and
- High-quality, professional photography.
IMI’s qualification criteria mean only program-eligible properties appear in the directory. Each listing clearly indicates which residency or citizenship program the investment qualifies for, eliminating guesswork for prospective buyers.

Dual Pathways to Status
IMI Real Estate organizes properties into two distinct categories: residency by real estate investment and citizenship by real estate investment.
51 countries offer residency permits through property purchases, from established European programs to emerging options in Namibia and Nicaragua.
Nine nations grant full citizenship rights through real estate investments. These include Antigua and Barbuda, Cambodia, Dominica, Egypt, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia.
Two countries, Egypt and Cambodia, offer both citizenship and residency real estate-based investment programs.
Enhanced Coverage Going Forward
IMI will provide increased editorial coverage of residency and citizenship-qualifying real estate via our website, social media, newsletter, and Youtube channel. Country profiles link directly to program overviews, streamlining what has traditionally been a fragmented search process.
Previously, investors navigated multiple sources to identify qualifying real estate across different jurisdictions. The new platform centralizes property options across dozens of programs in a single, searchable directory.
