For three days this November, 125 senior leaders in residency and citizenship by investment, global tax, and asset protection will gather behind closed doors in Buenos Aires and talk to each other the way they cannot anywhere else. This is the room where lawyers, entrepreneurs, accountants, and program liaisons speak openly and move the market forward at four of the most spectacular private venues in the city.
More than 50 of the 125 seats are already taken by former guests, sponsors, IMI Official Partners, and early bird registrants, and the rest will go in the coming weeks.

Nine events, one community
IMI Connect started in Lisbon in 2022. Since then, IMI has hosted the community in Istanbul, Malta, Saigon, Cairo, Miami, Athens, Rome, and most recently, Barcelona in June 2026.
Across all nine cities, every event has filled to capacity before the doors opened. And it’s easy to see why.
Of past guests, 95% report leaving IMI Connect with business relationships and referral deals that will affect their bottom line for years. A further 94% highly recommend IMI Connect to their colleagues, and more than three quarters of participants come back the following year.
Slava Apel of frequent IMI Connect sponsor CanadaRBI puts the loyalty plainly: His team “has never missed any of the IMI events.”
Buenos Aires will be the tenth edition of IMI Connect, and the first time in our storied history that the market gathers in South America.

Why Buenos Aires? Why now?
Latin America has become one of the most active regions in investment migration. Highlighted by the North American market’s favorites of Panama and Costa Rica, the Southern Cone in South America is fast growing with investors and high-net-worth individuals.
Demand for Latin American Plan B residencies is climbing among wealthy families. And Buenos Aires is at the center of those flows, with easy connections from North America and Europe and a stage worthy of the market’s most ambitious gathering yet, considering the following.
Argentina’s forthcoming citizenship by investment program is one of the most talked-about and highly anticipated developments in the market, and Buenos Aires is where the people building, selling, and advising on the program will be in the same room.
IMI Pro David Lincoln of Lincoln Global Partners, who attended IMI Connect Barcelona and will be at IMI Connect Buenos Aires, called it “fitting that IMI Connect heads to LatAm next.”
Five reasons to make the trip
1. The Guest List
The most influential firms in investment migration send their best and brightest, which means three days of conversation with the people who decide where this market goes next. Rather than the marketing department, the industry’s founders, senior leaders, and executives are present.
In fact, Colin Maurer of Immigration Diligence, a first-time guest at IMI Connect Barcelona, was struck by “the extraordinary caliber and diversity of the people in the room.”

2. The On-the-Ground Experience
Then there is the chance to meet – often for the first time – the jurisdiction you will soon be selling. Most advisors will recommend Argentine citizenship to clients having never set foot in the country.
Three days in Buenos Aires could change that, and the perspective you bring home is something your competitors won’t have.
3. The Local Team
You will also meet the local Argentine lawyers, accountants, and government leaders who can help you serve your clients. The relationships you build over dinner become the people you call when a client needs help on the ground in Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, or Mendoza.
4. The Referrals
The fourth reason has the highest ROI. IMI Connect is routinely where successful partnerships and long-lasting referral pipelines are built.
As Harsev Oshan of IMI Official Partner company World Talents observed after IMI Connect Barcelona in June, “the firms winning the next decade in global mobility will not win on capital alone. They will win on ecosystems, trust, and long-term collaboration.”
IMI Connect Buenos Aires is where that collaboration may start for you.
5. The Content
The insights and takeaways from each IMI Connect often overwhelm guests. For first-time guests, they’re surprised at the breadth and depth of knowledge in the room. Have a perspective that will help move the conversation forward? You’re always more than welcome to share it.
Moreover, few world-class cities are as photogenic as Buenos Aires, and the four venues IMI has secured give you backdrops your audience has never seen from an industry event.
Whether they’re subject in IMI YouTube interviews or press record themselves, guests routinely leave with a library of material for their own personal and company channels.

Three special days, four memorable venues
IMI Connect Buenos Aires November 2-4 will feature four of the city’s most legendary private spaces, and every moment is built to make conversation happen.

Day one opens on the evening of Monday, November 2 with a welcome cocktail at Hipódromo Palermo, one of the city’s most storied venues with live horse races. The market arrives, and the tone is set.
Day two is the heart of IMI Connect. A full day of off-the-record discussion and lunch at La Rural Central Salón, on the trends and headwinds shaping the market. That evening, guests move to Palacio Paz, one of Buenos Aires’ most historic palaces, for dinner and the legendary IMI Connect trivia contest when reputations are made and rivalries renewed.
Day three closes with a waterfront brunch at the Yacht Club Puerto Madero, a final discussion, and an optional afternoon excursion. This is where the last deals get sealed, meetings are set, and plans are solidified.
“IMI Connect slows time down,” says Daisy Joseph Andall of IMI Official Partner company Joseph Rowe Law. “It creates an atmosphere to listen in a meaningful way. All judgment is left at the door.”
A room without the noise
IMI Connect operates in a universe of its own. It is not a typical B2B conference or a networking event. IMI Connect is more so a community and a social gathering – an informal way for you to introduce yourself to the market and create solid relationships that you’ll benefit from for the next decade.
From the beginning in 2022, IMI Connect prohibits exhibition booths, formal business dress, paid speeches, and sales pitches: No one buys a place on the agenda. Frequent IMI Connect guest James Muscat Azzopardi of Muscat Azzopardi and Associates says it directly: “The absence of these individual pitches is one of the main things that distinguishes IMI Connect from other industry events.”
Furthermore, IMI keeps media and government officials out of the room, which is what allows the conversation to remain candid.

So if you came to pitch from a stage or to send a junior associate to collect business cards, this is the wrong event for you. But if you run a firm and you want three days of honest conversation with your peers, competitors, and partners, you already know it is an opportunity.
Tickets and pricing
The Early Bird rate is open now at €2,499. After it closes, the only remaining window is the Late Bird rate at €3,249. The price has risen at every stage of every event in the past, so booking now locks in the lowest rate a ticket will have.
If you’re an IMI Pro or an IMI Official Partner company who wants additional tickets (apart from your membership’s included ones), you have special access to a community rate of €2,249. If you’re not yet a member, click those links to become on and access this benefit and many more.
Tickets are final and non-refundable, though they are fully transferable to another senior member of your firm with IMI’s approval. The room is capped at 125 individuals and will not grow.
So with more than 50 seats already taken, Buenos Aires is on the same trajectory as all events preceding it. As IMI Pro Jeremy Savory of Savory and Partners told his audience on Linkedin, “I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t attended IMI Connect to attend the next one in Buenos Aires in November.”

IMI Official Partner company and IMI Connect sponsor Grupo Los Pueblos‘ Horacio Mendoza attended his first ever IMI Connect in Barcelona: “One of the most valuable experiences was finally meeting face-to-face so many people I had only known through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Adding a handshake to the conversations makes all the difference.”
