Beyond Global Partners, a Dubai-headquartered firm advising high-net-worth individuals and families on residence and citizenship by investment through nine offices worldwide, is expanding its client advisory team and hiring three Client Advisors: an Arabic speaker, a Persian speaker, and a Russian speaker.

All three roles are full-time and based in either Istanbul or Dubai.

Clients who speak Arabic, Persian, and Russian account for a large share of global residence and citizenship activity, and serving them well requires more than translation; it takes advisors who understand the client’s context, constraints, and expectations in their own language.

The Role

Each Client Advisor will own the full journey from first inquiry to application submission: qualifying prospects, conducting consultations, recommending suitable residence or citizenship solutions, and guiding engaged clients through proposal and submission.

The work is consultative selling to high-net-worth individuals and families, supported by company-generated leads alongside the advisor’s own network.

Beyond the direct pipeline, advisors are expected to build referral relationships with wealth managers, legal practitioners, real estate professionals, and other intermediaries, and to represent the firm at conferences and industry events internationally.

The roles sit within a network of offices spanning Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, with cross-border collaboration and international travel a routine part of the job.

Who Should Apply

Relevant experience in investment migration, second residency, or citizenship by investment is the primary requirement, not a preference.

The firm is looking for candidates who already understand the industry, hold client networks within it, and have advised or sold residence and citizenship programs before.

A strong general sales background alone will not carry an application.

Candidates without industry or closely related experience may not be prioritized.

Alongside the language requirement of each role, applicants will need strong written and spoken English, a commercial mindset, and the professional presence to work with international investors and their advisors.

Willingness to travel is part of the job.

What the Firm Offers

The packages combine a fixed salary with an uncapped commission structure, and the firm supplies qualified leads and marketing support rather than leaving advisors to build a pipeline from zero.

Ongoing industry training, international exposure through the office network, and defined progression paths round out the offer.
