How to Qualify

To qualify for the Zambia Investor Permit, applicants must meet the following investment requirements:

Invest a minimum of:

  • US$250,000 to establish a new business in Zambia
  • US$150,000 to join an existing business in Zambia

Provide proof of investment:

  • Bank statements, money transfers, or ZRA Form CE20 detailing the description and value of goods or equipment invested.

Submit the required documentation:

  • Covering letter addressed to the Director General of Immigration
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Certificate of Share Capital (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Minimum Capital
  • Investment License from the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), if available
