How to Qualify
To qualify for the Zambia Investor Permit, applicants must meet the following investment requirements:
Invest a minimum of:
- US$250,000 to establish a new business in Zambia
- US$150,000 to join an existing business in Zambia
Provide proof of investment:
- Bank statements, money transfers, or ZRA Form CE20 detailing the description and value of goods or equipment invested.
Submit the required documentation:
- Covering letter addressed to the Director General of Immigration
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Share Capital (if applicable)
- Certificate of Minimum Capital
- Investment License from the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), if available
- List of Directors
- Proof of ownership or lease agreement for business premises in Zambia
