The Residences at Secret Bay, Dominica’s only six-star, all-villa resort and internationally recognized Citizenship by Investment (CBI) project, announced that it has paid over US$4.7 million in returns to more than 205 global investor villa owners by the end of Q1 2025.
Year-over-year results from Q1 2024 to Q1 2025 show outperformance in investor growth, ROI payouts, total sales, and on-schedule delivery of new villas and amenities. Consistent ROI payouts to investors, significant investor growth, sustained high occupancy rates, and a substantial increase in the number of villas solidify Secret Bay as the gold standard and a leading CBI real estate investment globally.
Year-over-year growth highlights include:
- Over US$4.7 million in ROI paid to investors since Q4 2019.
- Investor growth increased by nearly 11%, from 188 to 208 investors, between Q1 2024 and Q1 2025.
- Consistent average operating occupancy rate of 65% between Q1 2024 and Q1 2025, with a rise to 73% in Q1 2025 and average daily rate growth of 45%.
- Villa count more than quadrupled from six in 2019 to 27 in 2025.
