Program Overview

Poland Business Activity Residency

Poland’s Business Activity Residency, officially the “temporary residence permit for the purpose of conducting business activity,” offers long-term residency opportunities for entrepreneurs and business owners who meet certain conditions, with a path to permanent residence and citizenship.

There is no formal minimum investment requirement but, in the fiscal year immediately preceding your application, you must have established a company that garnered revenues equal to at least the Polish annual minimum wage (about US$12,000 in 2025), or employ at least two Polish citizens full-time.

If these conditions are not met, you must provide evidence of possessing sufficient funds to meet these conditions in the future.
