Patrick is the Principal Consultant and Genealogist at Vexillum Global, which exclusively provides citizenship by descent services. Leveraging his background in genealogy, international relations, archival research, and history, Patrick helps primarily American clients find ancestral documents and assemble comprehensive applications for citizenship by descent.
Building on a research and project management career, Patrick has experience with long-term projects and developing comprehensive historical documentation. As an active member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and other historical societies, he has built a network of on-the-ground specialists who can find local genealogical documents that are otherwise undigitized, unindexed, or inaccessible.
Patrick holds master’s degrees in Foreign Service and Business from Georgetown University and bachelor’s degrees in Business and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
