His expertise is instrumental in navigating our clients through Russia’s complex and promising market landscape.

Mr. Belobragin holds a Master’s in Finance degree with distinction from the Stockholm School of Economics, ranked as the best finance education in the Nordics and 15th in the world by the Financial Times, and an Executive Master’s in Public Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
