Dominica slashes CIP-fees

Just two weeks have passed since the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Unit’s announcement that it would drastically reduce its processing fees, and Dominica is now following suit, becoming the second Caribbean program – in as many weeks – to enhance its competitive position.

The government fee changes apply to Dominica’s real estate option (there are no government fees under the fund contribution option) and are as follows:

– Main applicant: US$25,000, down from US$50,000
– Main applicant with Spouse: US$35,000, down from US$75,000
– A family of up to four persons, including main applicant: US$35,000, down from US$75,000
– A family of up to six persons, including main applicant: US$50,000 down from US$100,000

For more information, please see the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit’s official website.
