Malta Citizenship by Investment Real Estate

Properties that - alongside other necessary applicant contributions - make the buyer eligible for citizenship in Malta through the MEIN Policy.

Malta’s Exceptional Investor Naturalization (MEIN) policy allows investors and their families to qualify for citizenship in Malta through a combination of economic contributions, one of which has a real estate component.

Note that applicants are also free to lease rather than buy property in Malta and, further, that property investment is not in itself sufficient to qualify.

Learn more details about how to qualify for citizenship by investment in Malta on the MEIN Policy program page.
