Investogreece is a licensed real estate company with international activity; it caters to buyers from all over the world who aim to invest in Greek real estate and apply for an investor residence permit (golden visa). Furthermore, we manage their property through after-sale management services.

The primary responsibilities of the job include:

– Development of the real estate portfolio (securing real estate options, photoshoots, etc.)

– Business development, managing B2B collaborations

– Managing the CRM by continuously filtering, sorting and managing the real estate portfolio

– Preparation of material, presentations and advertisements

– Presentation of real estate options to potential investors, online or/and live-onsite

– Present our portfolio to potential tenants onsite

– Real estate management of the company’s customers

– Social media handling, website updating etc.

Desired Qualifications:

– Systematic, organised and has great emphasis on detail

– Self-motivated and driven

– A communicative personality with excellent sales skill

– Sensitive to cultural differences and comfortable around international clientele

– Accuracy and speed in performing tasks

– Excellent computer skills (word, excel, internet)

– Driving License & car

– Knowledge of photography and image processing

– Excellent use of the English and Greek language at the written and oral level

Experience in real estate or previous service in sales, marketing or customer service will be considered an asset.
