We are looking to establish our Citizenship/Residency by Investment team in our Hong Kong Office in Lippo Tower 2. We are looking for an established individual who wants to further his/her career and take full responsibility for our HK operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build up a network of relevant business contacts and contacts to potential target groups
- Represent the firm in the marketplace and at industry events and (local) conferences
- Convert leads into client cases, through the delivery of industry-leading client service, a premier on-boarding experience and world-class advisory services to new and existing clients to meet assigned annual sales targets
- Raise awareness about the services and solutions offered by Holborn Assets
- Research, prepare and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducer’s, intermediary partners and client prospects/leads
- Actively grow the existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities, and update & maintain all relevant data in the CRM system
- Recruit & Manage a team of local Client Advisors
Required Competencies
- Having an already existing significant network of relevant business contacts to be able to start respective initiatives right away
- Having an entrepreneurial mind-set / attitude
- Being able to organize the maintenance of future business on-site
- Having exceptional communication skills in order to communicate, present and negotiate with all industry stakeholders
- Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and be able to offer the most fitting solutions
- Ability to lead a local (sales) team
Essential Skills
Strong local networks in (U)HNWI that allow for business development
2 years + of experience in Citizenship Industry in local market
Multi-lingual English/Mandarin
Desirable Skills
Proven sales record and team leading experience
