Managing the CRM and keeping the contacts database up to date.
Weekly reports on the new leads, conversions and lost leads as well as agents performance + country
Engaging the domestic and local inbound investor leads.
Attending fairs and international events with the sales team.
Supporting the sales and marketing processes in property sales, doing visits, meeting with the clients as a Sales Team.
Assisting the sales process from the initial lead stages up until the transfer of funds. The task encompasses follow-up calls, documentation as well as coordination with intermediary agents and lawyers.
Being adaptable to the intricacies of doing business across vast distances in different worldwide markets.
Meticulous attention to detail as 50% of the sales process is about having the investor collect the right documents for their application to invest.
Ability to coordinate between two teams in different headquarters and time zones with the first one being Lisbon and the second one Istanbul.
