As an ambassador for Latitude, the Head of Sales contributes to the firm by leading a team that establishes new private client and business-to-business relationships and by strengthening and leveraging existing ones.

Proficient in the portfolio of residency and citizenship programs offered by Latitude, as well as conversant in related areas such as taxation, investments and real estate, the Head of Sales is responsible for leading a team whose objective is to increase the number of new applications being submitted by Latitude by understanding the requirements of each Programme and identifying the most appropriate solution for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed annual Sales targets
  • Develop new business leads with strong conversion rates
  • Lead by example and motivate your Sales team to reach corporate Sales objectives 
  • Support and collaborate with the case managers to provide a world-class client experience during the entire application process
  • Liaise with the due diligence team to assess client suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
  • Assisting clients with making the right decisions by presenting the most suitable solutions
  • Researching, preparing and executing high-impact meetings with potential introducers, partners and clients
  • Representing the firm at industry events and conferences

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, private banking, wealth management, immigration or RCBI industry
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to represent company and network at relevant conferences and events
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to understand the industry
  • Ability to build rapport and foster collaborative partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell the services of Latitude’s strategic partners

Desirable Skills (i.e. would be considered as an advantage)

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
  • Masters or an advanced degree
  • Multilingual
  • Knowledge of and experience in the residence and citizenship-by-investment (RCBI) industry
  • Strong international networks that allow for good business development
