An ambassador for Henley & Partners, the Client Advisor role contributes to the Henley & Partners Group by establishing new and strengthening existing intermediary and direct client relationships.

Fully proficient in the entire portfolio of residency & citizenship programs offered by Henley & Partners, as well as conversant in related areas such as real estate, the Client Advisor is responsible for increasing the number of new applications being submitted by Henley & Partners Group by understanding the requirements of all key stakeholders and identifying the most appropriate solution. Applicants must be based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness about the services and solutions offered by Henley & Partners
  • Research, prepare and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducer’s, intermediary partners and client prospects/leads
  • Provide client prospects with advice on residency & citizenship planning to ensure their objectives are met
  • Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
  • Collaborate with RMs to provide a world-class, industry leading client experience throughout the entire sales journey
  • High success rate of conversion of sales leads into clients of Henley & Partners
  • Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets
  • Actively grow existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with full and effective use of the CRM system

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish to communicate, present and speak to all industry stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach to be able to build relationships and influence in a positive manner
  • Excellent negotiation & persuasion skills including tact and diplomacy at all times
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills and a high competency working with Microsoft Office ideally with experience in CRM
  • Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and be able to offer the most fitting solutions
  • Ability to create and prepare proposals
  • Be a positive representative of Henley & Partners and its brand in the market place, industry events and conferences

Desirable Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
  • Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  • 5 years’ + of customer-facing investment, insurance, private bank or wealth management sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
  • Strong international networks that allow for business development
  • Multi-lingual and territorial specific experience will be considered an advantage
